Frank is an expert transformational change leader with over a decade of experience managing large-scale information technology projects and strategic initiatives in a variety of industries.

He is a proactive innovation enthusiast who is well-versed in preparing organizations for change and positioning automated and lean processes, systems, and robust training programs that result in the adoption of new approaches to business.

His work in the Identity Management industry has placed him in various positions where he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge on identity management, identity verification, and the African technology landscape.

Frank has managed and led critical projects for government agencies such as Nimc and telco powerhouses such as MTN, GLOBACOM, 9Mobile, Airtel, NIMC, British American Tobacco (BAT), Halogen Security, Union Bank, UBA, Heritage Bank, and Polaris Bank.

He is known for his ability to manage complex technical and business situations; in essence, Frank is a leader. 

Frank Atube is a valuable mentor despite the amount of work required. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Seamfix Limited, where he oversees various teams and departments with responsibilities that include Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Field Operations and Project Management, Product Management, Finance, People, Performance & Culture. 

Frank is a learner with multiple courses and training from the likes of HBS, being part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program (SSTP) for Seamfix as the Transformational Leader.
