Allan Mzungu

Allan Mzungu is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the managing partner of MMS Advocates LLP(MMS). He was admitted to the bar in 2014.

His main areas of practice are general corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, property and conveyancing, litigation and immigration law. 

Before founding MMS Advocates in 2016, Allan worked at some of the leading law firms in Kenya and Africa, namely MMC Asafo and Bowmans Law (formerly known as Coulson Harney Advocates). 

His experience working at these firms exposed him to high value clients with complex deals. It is this experience that he and his partners gained while working in leading law firms that has enabled MMS to work with some exciting clients. The current portfolio of clients that MMS Advocates represents include major multinationals, non-governmental organisations, embassies, state corporations, high net worth individuals and renowned local brands. MMS also works closely on a pro-bono basis with social impact organisations.
