Bertrand Ndengeyingoma is an accomplished information technology expert with 15 years + experience in diverse industry domains such as telecommunication, healthcare, digital television & entertainment services, customer service (CRM), and Banking.
His passion is in architecting, analyzing and successfully delivering technology solutions to solve complex problems and improve Business Processes. He is currently the Chief Technology & Innovation Officer (CTIO) at the central bank of Rwanda and is responsible for its entire IT ecosystem (Application, Data, Infrastructure & security).
