Mathias Léopoldie is CEO and cofounder of Julaya.

After a dual master in business and political science, he worked for 2 years in West Africa on a payment wallet for French Fintech Lemon Way Africa before launching Julaya in 2018.

Originally from the west indies, he believes that technology has the potential to transform emerging markets, especially Africa.

With Julaya, he endeavors to empower businesses which digitize their operations and grow faster, better, stronger. He is proud that the company is backed by a diverse team from more than 7 countries across Africa and Europe.
