Olaleye Oladimeji
Olaleye Oladimeji is an International Tech Lawyer and Blockchain Advisor. He is the Managing Partner at the Tech and Finance Advisory Law firm of Legalpreneur Consulting and a Consulting Associate at the Law firm of SOOBLaw, managed by Mr. Muhammed Belgore (SAN). He was the Executive Assistant to the immediate past Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL).
As a Commercial Lawyer and Legal Technologist, Olaleye specializes in Blockchain Advisory, Finance, emerging technologies, Entertainment, and Intellectual property law. He was an Associate at the Africa office of International Law firm, Aliant Law and is vast in diverse law practice areas such as Intellectual property (IP) protection and management, Finance, Entertainment, Data Protection, Project Financing, and Blockchain. Olaleye is the 1st and only Lawyer certified as a Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI) in Nigeria.
Olaleye is also passionate about teaching and had a stint as an Adjunct Instructor (Corporate Law & Business Ethics) with the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Olaleye is a Harvard trained Copyright expert, Fellow of the Kleros Fellowship of Justice (A Web3 justice delivery) and currently a member of a Working group to review the Tertiary educational system in Nigeria setup by the Committee of Vice-Chancellors (CVC) in Nigeria, as mandated by the Nigeria Universities Commission (NUC).
