Patricia is a corporate and commercial lawyer and focuses on the following practice areas – general corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, fintechs, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and data protection, technology, media & telecommunications, property/land law, healthcare and pharmaceutical, and real estate. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked at Bank of Africa (formerly Amalgamated Bank Ghana Limited).

Patricia is recognised as a leading/recommended lawyer by Legal 500 EMEA 2021 – Commercial, Corporate and M&A – Rising Star (Ghana) and a Next Generation Partner.

Patricia serves as a director of some companies and acts as company secretary representative for ENSafrica Ghana.
