Teslim Anifowose
Teslim Anifowose, Growth Lead at Budpay, is an astute professional of over 15 (fifteen) years in the financial services Industry having worked in three leading commercial Banks in Nigeria and currently a fintech. He has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Economics as well as professional certifications in digital marketing and product management.
He has previously held roles; as a Product Manager responsible for digital financial solution platforms (mobile payment app and USSD banking). In addition, he was a Sales Manager driving the sale of Digital Financial products to the financially underserved segment, thereby contributing his quota to improving financial inclusion in Nigeria.
Teslim is passionate about solving the payment needs of Businesses in Africa and he presently works as a Growth Lead at Budpay, where he is responsible for the implementation of an effective sales strategy for merchant acquisition, provision of payment solutions via different innovative payment methods and payment advisory services to merchants locally in Nigeria and in Africa.
Teslim has built great expertise and skills over the years in sales, e-commerce, Product management, forming strategic alliances and partnerships. He has also contributed to knowledge by writing an article in the open access research journal of science and technology, on the positive effects of digital channels to the economic growth of Nigeria.
