Uzo leads the Operations Team at Fincra, where she focuses on creating efficient and scalable processes to maximize productivity and happiness for the team, resulting in real-time value for customers. She also manages partnerships for optimal service delivery, coordinates teams on value-adding projects, and oversees key business metrics.

With a career spanning 5 years in Startup Operations, Uzo has previously worked in the Operations units of two leading startups in Nigeria: Workstation (a tech-enabled co-working space) and Fibre homes (a proptech startup). During her tenure, she successfully implemented business growth initiatives Uzo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Physics – Renewable Energy from Covenant University, Nigeria. She is driven by her commitment to making a positive impact in every endeavor she undertakes.
